Company founder, Maia Jordaan has over 10 years experience in the Theatre and Entertainment world. Since 1995, she has performed, directed, choreographed and produced for the stage. Maia is multi-skilled and has a range of experience, from event coordination, production management to experiential marketing, theatre making and brand activations, including brand theatre. Her expertise ensures proficiency in whichever field she finds herself working in, as these skills complement each other, respective of whether she is working within a corporate, events, theatrical or educational environment. Alan Kalan has extensive experience in company management, procurement management, marketing and creative design. His background lies in graphic design and technical applications. He has a knack for knowing how the parts make up the whole and is therefore instrumental in building Creative Collective’s event and campaign mechanics.
