Creative director Maia Jordaan has more than ten years experience in the entertainment and theatre world.

As a professional team our training and experience in production management, events, theatre, retail, marketing and commerce qualify us to target tasks from diverse angles, be it in the key phases of planning style and cost, networking, sourcing players and locations and teambuilding; during the actual staging of the event; or at the end where we witness the outcome and bring closure. During all these phases we will carefully, and with integrity, carry your wish to its completion.

A theme weaves the entertainment together through the use of a concept. This concept is determined in collaboration with the client and is influenced by such aspects as the target market, event type, event colours, spacing / architecture making the work “site-specific” rather than merely placing it within a space), brand identity, the brief and the general look and feel.

A good example is the Irene Village Mall’s “town square” feel. The architecture and branding influenced a STREET ENTERTAINMENT concept which was present in the planning and induction of all entertainment and events that were coordinated by Creative Collective at Irene Village Mall between 2007 and 2009.
